What we collect

When you join the list we collect your first name (optional), email address, and, only if you opt in to text alerts, your mobile number. We also record when and where you signed up (date and time, the page, and your IP address) as a record of your consent.

How we use it

Only to send you news from Rick Denzien: new releases, videos and shows. We never sell or rent your information. Email is delivered through our email service provider (Kit), which processes your address on our behalf.

Confirming and leaving

We email a confirmation link before adding you. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact).

SMS terms

Text alerts are optional and separate from email. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Rick Denzien about new releases and shows at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (up to 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
